Shipping & Returns

At Lolo Arts, we aim to reach customers worldwide. If there are any shipping restrictions to your delivery address, we will inform you during the purchase process.

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, order processing time, and product availability. When processing your order, we will provide you with the estimated delivery date. Lolo Arts ensures that the shipping duration does not exceed 5-7 business days. Please note that deliveries are only made on business days.

If you receive an email confirming that your order has already been sent, we won't be able to change the address. Therefore, if you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately, and our customer service team will be able to update the information if the product has not yet been shipped.

At Lolo Arts, we cover the cost of shipping as well as all government taxes and fees on the products, including Value Added Tax (VAT).

After completing the payment, you will receive an email containing all shipment information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number. Alternatively, you can always stay in constant communication with our website's management to track all stages of shipping and product delivery.

Orders cannot be canceled, and refunds cannot be issued. Please ensure your shopping cart and needs before completing the purchase to avoid this issue.

If you have received a damaged product or if it is not what you have ordered, please contact us immediately and send pictures of the product. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

You can request a return or replacement for items that are defective or do not meet the specified criteria within a five-day period from the date of receiving your products.

To initiate a return, you can send the product to the designated address, which we will provide to you. If the return is a result of manufacturing defects in the products or if the products do not meet the specified sales criteria, you won't be required to cover any return shipping fees. It's essential to ensure that the products you intend to exchange comply with the return conditions. As per our return policy, you should prepare an invoice clearly stating the reason for the return and your signature, which should then be delivered to the shipping company.

When requesting a product replacement, please ensure the following: 1-The buyer should securely package the defective products using the same packaging they were initially received in and return them in their original condition, without any alterations. 2-The products should not have been used or worn. 3-They must be in their original, undamaged packaging. 4-The original tags must remain attached. 5-All accessories should be included in their complete and original packaging.
